I actually got the Heirloom and I was wondering if I could return the Heirloom I bought because I bought the Octane butterfly knife and I wanted the Wraith Kunai Knife. Can you guys make a refund sys...

@Thegreatmajd Did you get it with the shards? Because if you bought the wrong heirloom, it's not like they're gunna let you trade it in, since you had a choice. If you're referring to when the collection event was going on for the butterfly knife, that too won't get traded in for.

There's several other players who want to do trades as well, and I have yet to see any of them get the trade.
