I solo queue Silver and non-stop get Platinum and Diamond lobbies

@Oppos21 S17 changed the matchmaking system. There's no longer a "<insert rank here> lobby". If you preform well, (and that's a consistent performance), it's suppose to start putting you into matches against more "skilled" players, including preds. (At least that's how the system was presented as), but it also heavily values placement, so you could just be placing high like these diamonds, and thus the system thinks there's no skill gap

The system is quite broken and flawed
