As I said most of people asking for solo aren't asking for the game to be balanced around solo. By all means make it squad based even goahead make solo a unlockable option as a side gameplay... disable passives, if you chose not to make a ranked solo, fully fine most games don't. But don't come here and act like solos cant be done because of class skills, most class skills are used independent rarely are they needed for a combination attack this isn't wow raid stuff. I always see you guys say 90% wraiths, 90%bangalores, 90% pathfinders, now im getting a 90% caustic argument... 1.people will play different classes not having 2 teamates wont change that, 2. even if more of the same class is played, who gives a crap? its clearly making them happy. If you think squads is best plays squads, im not worried about camping im worried about be tripple teamed very often
@HyperBeamShot So basicly u think this game would work with 50 people on the server having a huge pile of loot everywhere they go (since u did say u wouldnt change anything) and having 40 out of 50 people camping with a lvl 3 fully kitted weapons and gear? As much as i love solo playing in other BR games i would rage quit 99% of the time if someone would be a little girly and hiding in a 2 storage house. Im all in on solos but the game dinamycs would needed to be changed its not like they have a magic wand and they just delete 40 percent of the map and loot im sure they would add it by now if that was as easy as people think. Like i said this game was made for squads maybe they will change it eventually. I do know its a strugle to play with randoms i often get weirdos and noobs in my team but if u got a good player make friends and play with him makes u rage less often trust me.

They have the ring they can only camp so long, and people wont camp anymore in singles then they would in the competitive mode wheres theres actually a rank at stake. I don't want to hook up with a discorder or some add randoms I don't want to work together, sometimes I wanna be by myself without abandoning my teamates and getting tripple teamed, thanks

- @HyperBeamShot Hes right though. Dropping almost anywhere on the map would fully stack any one player and for the majority of players that would take away their incentive to fight or even move. There would have to be a fair amount of work put into making a solos mode viable. That is just one of the foreseeable problems. We cant know how much work the unexpected problems would bring.
Id love a well done solo mode but it would need more resources than respawn have to make it without the cost being delays and a reduction in the lacklustre pace of development of the main game.
The last issue with solos would be the potential for it to reduce the games lifespan by splitting the community. Where I live in Australia we would run into this before most places, but it would happen elsewhere.

I don't mean that hostile I'm just not sure, the only difference is you fight yourself not with 2 squadmates people move because of the ring like in all the battle royale games..the way the ring forms is random the way the blimp goes is random, people in teams already majority go to skull town or the bunker... 2ndly not having solos is splitting the community because people like me aren't even logging on anymore that seem to went over your head.. im just not getting a good argument here just because this battle royale has skills dont make solos unworkable... 🤨

I see however how not everyone is equipped with the social skill to achieve such result --making friends/wanting friends. Nothing wrong with it. They may be looking at the wrong game.- @Vdstrk Its way more easy to solo play than to listen or to help other people. I do know some people are just trash and wanna be solo rambos in this game but 70% of the people smile inside if u say hi to them and they are gladly helping you the best way they can if u need support with shooting or picking up while being knocked. 30% of people are like drop skulltown or i go solo and that toxic 30% makes me more angry than if i have a noob on my team. So learn to work together ik sometimes u just cant but most of the time people actually listen if u asked them too. And yes i agree if ur not sociable or a team player u shouldnt be playing squad games at all cuz u make bad experiences to people who actually wanna talk and learn and maybe teach u smthing u dont know
Sometimes you just want the absence of responsibility to teammates and socialising and theres nothing wrong with that.
