Increase energy ammo stacks in inventory and make them more frequent.

As the title says I would like to see more energy ammo around. With the release of the havoc there has been a significant increase, there still isn't as much as light and heavy which is abundant. More importantly I wish the stacks would be at least 80 like light and heavy. It is somehow hard to find a turbocharger and on top of that the above issues. Considering we are getting a Havoc skin for level 100 in the BP I hope the weapon becomes more relevant. Right now it's a bother to keep so many stacks of energy ammo in the inventory and nobody carries any, which says a lot about how much energy weapons are used. Usually I use heavy and light weapons and while I have enough for a few squads I can always carry even less because I know I have a 80% of finding the ammo I need on the bodies I loot, not the case with energy ammo.

Let me know if you feel the same and hopefully we will get a change in at least the stack size.
