Iron Crown Event Packs
I wanted to come to the forums to address the Iron Crown event and the recent update they put out:

As a pathfinder main, I logged in on Tuesday when the event went live and was so excited to see that the new Pathfinder skin was gorgeous! So naturally, I went to try to buy it with the coins that I had. I saw that the event was designed to where you could not buy the skins outright, but through special Apex Packs called "Iron Crown" packs. I had 1900 Apex coins so I figured I would buy two packs and hope I get the Pathfinder skin. Of course my luck was awful and I did not get them, which is fine. However, Apex puts out the recent update and says now you will be able to buy the skins themselves in the store quoted here:
"Starting on 8/20, we’ll be adding and rotating all twelve of the event-exclusive Legendary items into the store over the course of the final week of the event for the regular Legendary skin cost of 1,800 Apex Coins."
That is fine and all, but there was no option to get refunded on the Iron Crown packs I have already purchased. I feel cheated because we were told the only way we could get the limited-time skins was from the Iron Crown Packs.
With the Fourms being the only places we can reach out to Respawn I implore you guys to consider refunding those Apex Coins spent on those Iron Crown packs. I would even be okay with you taking away the skins and Iron Crown Coins I got as a result. Please let there be something you all can do so we can work this out.
