The thread heading kinda gives the game away, should you choose to read it.

Clearly the posters question is about adjusting the config file and is also not about a simple mouse remap, in order to cancel recoil in the game.
So I'll add: scripts and macros are 3rd party software and against the tos, and could lead to a ban.
Anything that gives an unfair advantage can lead to a ban.
