Issue with the care package weapon icon

@GiveUmATug To be honest, what it should of been is like:
Octane: Hey, guess what? There's a hemlok dropping down!
Valkyrie: Look to the skies, its a Kraber decending down
(etc.)
Then after 3 or so seconds the ping disappears, which would be a normal ping, not the ping of the weapon. Usually when something is pinged, we as players natrually go "where?!" and take a look in its direction. Or the weapon icon shows up on the mini and/or main map.
Right now, legends just say things like:
Valkyrie: Guess who knows where the carepackage is
Wraith: I know where the next carepackage is
Octane: Hey, guess what? There's a hemlok dropping down!

the main issue i have is the care package gun overlay supersede the cross hair and that is ridiculous
- @GiveUmATug There's that, and you cannot unping it, it has to fade away on its own. I stopped pinging "ok" when teammates ping out the gun for that very reason.
