Just lost 72 rp for no reason

I just went into a game with my squad and we all froze and one if the teammate wasn't effected. Me and the other guy got kicked but it said we were still in the game and my teammate could see us and punch us into safety we were just frozen. 

Wouldn't connect us back into he game and he died pretty soon after and I lost 72 ranked points?! Wtf so annoying as I am close to  diamond rank. 

ANY HELP?

    @Henry_Chungster7 Bro literally the same thing happened to me like 10 minutes ago I was playing a game but wifi acts up I try to reconnect as fast as possible but it wouldn’t let me it but then it counts it like a left the match now i lost 72 points and I was close to diamond too and I found a new glitch where instead of 10 minutes after the first 10 minutes were up a new 10 minutes were added so I had to wait for 20 minutes

    So annoying bro!!! Is there a way we could maybe get the points back? I don't know feel I've been cheated considering mine wasn't a WiFi problem it was generally the service crashed and loads of people lots out on 72 rp ☹️ hopefully this gets seen by a dev or something.
