I completely agree with your points about Bangalore and the Amps.
Regarding the footstep audio, I think it's likely a technical issue that's difficult to fix. If they can't get the audio right, they should explore other methods, like a visual indicator, instead of abandoning the idea.
However, I have a different opinion about the Control class characters. They are unique and strategically rich. It's not their fault; it's simply that the developers haven't figured out how to utilize them effectively. The blame shouldn't fall on them.
