Keep third person mode permanently

@FaIIenAngeI777 They can make the optics optional too. They have them active for digital threats and sniper scopes already. I agree that third person looks great in Apex, but it needs some work. The camera angle needs adjusting, the scopes need to be available, and loot/environment interaction needs some help. Get those three right and I’d play 3rd person all the time.
