Keep third person mode permanently

@DarthVaaparI agree it should be a first/third person toggle, I love it for many reasons... a big one is that you can actually admire your character skins for once, also hitfire and other things seem alittle more accurate, when knocked down you can actually see your knockdown shield to see how much is protected, see around corners, can see your movements better and compare them to better players movements like yesterday i noticed a pro i was with was strafing while crouch spamming when looting, also some of the funny character animations like when I used a jump pad on wattson her legs went crazy like she was the roadrunner XD
Overall I enjoy 3rd person and it almost feels like a new game, however i would still want to use first person mode aswell because it has other benefits like being able to see all optics, better view in some close range situations, and just what we have all been used to for along time
