Kids in the game

Besides cheaters and the poor matchmaking system, kids in the game is what annoys me the most. Especially if they have a mic… Yelling, screaming and singing 10 year olds with no tactical skills non-what-so-ever, doesn't make for good team mates. On the contrary. They are just really annoying. Not to mention, it's not a game for kids. For me it totally ruins the whole experience.

  • "Apex Legends has been given an ESRB Rating of T for Teens, which means the game is mainly made for those who are 13-years-old or older. The game does contain a lot of violence for a battle royale game and only has minimal blood."

  • First of all there is no age restrictions to this game genre so that point is false, We see one too many ''kids'' destroying and winning.

As for the people who screaming and singing in game, the pings are you companions. Game is designed so you can win WITH or WITHOUT mics all you gotta do is ping.

    see you in game 😉

    Peace

  • and what do you wanna do? ban all kids below 13?

Theres a recipe for disaster.. bet you didnt stick with the "rules" back in the day.. i sure as * didnt.

its a game and there will be kids.. thiscant * me off just be mature about it..

Many of the so called adults in online games squeel like 12 year olds it's possibly some genetic defect or the like being the reason for them doing so or their parents are infact related.

However turning off Voip in the majority of games and using comms with people you know or have played with online before is always best if only they'd made it easier to add friends in the origin interface like STEAM did but origin is a tryhard version of something that already exists and EA love re-inventing wheels

    BF3

    BF4

    BFH

And just about everything past 2006

    Hey all,

Be sure to utilize the features available on both your platform (Xbox, PlayStation, PC) to report/mute/block contacts as well as mute them in Apex Legends by pressing start and going to the squad tab so you can mute their voice or ping if necessary. Obviously, in a perfect world we would love to have the type of players trying their hardest to help win or just be super fun to talk to while having a good time, but there will be times in all games (including non-EA games) that you may come across someone having a rough day or do not get along with.

We have our Find a Squad boards which I recommend taking a look at if you're queuing up solo most of the time. It's always nice to take advantage of that bonus when you group up with someone too.

Good luck in your games everyone and have fun!
