Late night mixtapes have too many enemies beyond the speed of human reflection.

Even the veteran masters we see early in the day are about 10 frames slow to react, but late at night there are many players who react to complex enemy moves in one or two frames.
Why aren't they scouted by professional teams? They are clearly superhuman, beyond human capabilities.

You would think that they are following the movements from prediction, but no matter how many times they do it, they are perfectly following their opponents' movements and are beyond guesswork.

How in the world do they practice this super reaction?
If anyone knows, let me know.
