How does the passive work again? "Stay in a 1 meter radius" -of what? And I really like the idea of invisibility but it would have to have some kind of negative effect to counter it's strength. Even with a really high cooldown; If an ability is too strong, it can make for "odd" battles occurring -or unfair ones.
I wouldn't even mind it if -during Ghost's Tactical, I couldn't shoot during the whole length! As being invisible can be so helpful with retreating, And making a deadly ambush.
