@CompleatBeetLoba worse than Octane and Mirage, are you serious? Her bracelet is better than most of Octanes kit by itself as she can reach places without running through an open area or being a skeet shooting target. Also her ultimate is now very frequent and easily among the best for the endgame. Do i really have to mention that she brings more team utility than Mirage?
Maybe you should start being more creative, and stop thinking about the bracelet as a get out of jail free card. Your mentality about it is almost completely backwards, do you REALLY need a "oh crap" button if you use it to get an advantage in the first place?
As for Caustic, he did not become good in S5, the lack of slowdown on his teammates is a QoL change AT BEST, they still get blinded and disoriented and cannot fight in his gas. In fact thanks to his nerfs since he is WORSE than before S5. Also i would rank Rev higher too.
@BigBlackCaustic Loba is weaker than Octane and Mirage in my opinion. I play Loba a lot but the main reasons she is lower on this tier list is because she doesn't fulfill her role as a support character as well as Lifeline. Her only real team ability is her ultimate and the passive is barely useful unless they allow her to see heals, which will significantly boost her usefulness. Mirage has a slightly higher skill ceiling than Loba in terms of team play because if you know how to use his decoys you can divert the enemy's attention giving your team time to escape plus his invisible revives/respawn put him slightly above Loba. I do agree with Octane being a bit too high, I'll look into that.

Then why aren't Wattson, Caustic, Bloodhound, Revenant, Pathfinder, Mirage, Octane and Rampart trash tier too? Bloodhound isn't as good in pure recon as Crypto. Means he must be literally the worst tier. Same with all defensive Legends since you put Gibby on top. See the problem here?
And just because Mirage has a high skill cap doesn't mean hes any good. He does not get rewarded for which is the reason he sucks.
Also about his invisible revives. So you telling me a situational ability that requires the enemy to have no AoE, eyesight, common sense and the short term memory of a literal corpse, that does not even work cause CQC is still meta, puts him above Loba, who can steal loot and teleport?@BigBlackCaustic Whoa take it easy. Ratings are subjective and I like the reasons Beet's given. I agree with you about Loba so let's focus on her instead of nitpicking the decisions around Mirage.
@CompleatBeet Her passive can be game changing when you drop as you or a teammate can grab the best armor in the area and overwhelm your opponent.
Her Ult and Passive massively shorten the time it takes to loot new areas as well. Personally I don't want to see heals as that's just more clutter in my eyes.
Other posters have already mentioned stealing loot from active fights (my favorite thing to do when I've just been respawned and only have a gun).
Lifeline's revive is the only thing that puts her above Loba to me but it's close in my eyes. More than anything I'm just shocked Rampart isn't bottem tier. Do people find her easier to work her into a team than Loba or Bangalore?
@Zamaha400 Rampart's only useful ability is the cover, and despite that it is very useful. Too bad her other abilities are only useful in pubs.

Gibby is a strong defense/support Legend and fulfills both roles as good as each other.
So you're trying to say Revenant and Octane are bad offensive Legends? Mirage is at the bottom of the tier list, and the invisible revive is a lot more useful than the ability to see a Double Tap through walls

You claimed Loba is bad for being less pure support than Lifeline despite the fact she is not even supposed to be a pure support. I just took your logic and applied it to the rest of your list. You still have explaining to do.
- @CompleatBeet Not fulfill? In a place lack of cover and when team run low on shield and ammo, Loba can easily solved the issues. Being able to see loot with his passive is extremely helpful, especially if one planned to use weapon such as devotion, prowler or p2020 which require attachment such as turbocharge, hammerpoint or selectfire to work the best.
Mirage higher tier than Loba just because he can revive while invisible? Sorry to say that, why even bother going for Mirage when Lifeline can done the same job and fighting the enemy at same time?
Unless you are fighting against people with short term memory that cannot even remember where the knockdown enemy is, you would be even lucky to manage to revive them.
Plus, being invisible doesn't mean you are immune to bloodhound scan.@DrSeptimus I never said Mirage was good. He's more useful than Loba because his invisible revives are something you would want more than the ability to see mostly useless items through walls, unless they allow her to see heals.
- @CompleatBeet Yeah.. you telling me phoenix kit isn't a healing item then? Plus, with the ultimate cooldown being as low as 90 seconds, she can easily just set it up if she truly need healing item apart from phoenix kit.
The real strength of the passive lies at the early stage of the game, when you land and doesn't have anything. The differences of being able to get good gear and attachment can makes a lot of differences of being alive or getting eliminate. Even phoenix kit can make a huge differences of winning or elimination at early stage of the game.
You said you play Loba a lot, but it doesn't sounds like you occasionally drop into hot zone. Try drop into hot zone and you would see how much advantage Loba get against other legend.
