Legends buffs and adjustments: Caustic

Here are my ideas about buffing Caustic:

1-Passive (last stand): Caustic automatically covers himself with gas when he is knocked down. 1 minute cooldown. His already existing passive should be part of his kit and not a standalone ability.

2-Caustic can use items and revives faster while in the gas.

3-Reduction to the gas negative effect on Caustic teammates.

4-Quality of life change: Caustic should alarm his teammates when one of his gas traps is triggered/destroyed.
