Legends Tier List
Note: Legends in each tier are in no order other than alphabetical. I'm not going to explain every Legend's placement as most of my placements are common opinions within the community and most people will know why the relevant Legend is in the tier they are in.
Fuse
I think Fuse is definitely mediocre at best.
His Passive Ability to fire grenades farther, faster and more accurately is something that's more fun to use in casual play rather than Ranked or pro play. Inflicting pressure on enemies is always valued but other Legends just do it better. The same could be said for his Tactical: it's not great. It really has no one purpose: it's not good for pressuring because of it's low damage, not good for zoning for the same reason and other Legends have much better Tacticals. His Ultimate is the only ability in the game I'd say is almost useless. It's easy to dodge before it lands because of how loud it is, and easy to escape with a lot of Legends: Wraith, Horizon and Octane can easily get themselves and their teams out of a ring of fire. It's not that good for zoning either: the small area of effect and fairly miniscule damage make it a worse Caustic Gas for blocking choke points.
Loba
Most people would put Loba lower but I really don't think she deserves it. Her ability to keep her team constantly topped up with essential and high tier loot is really valuable in Ranked and she's a solid pick in both solo queue and premades. Her Tactical might be bugged and slow but it's still a strong movement tool. It can cover a lot of distance and if used right can be much better in fights than it is given credit for. Positioning is a really important and key aspect of Apex gameplay, and it's something Loba's tactical can provide.
Caustic
Caustic post nerf isn't as bad as people say he is. The gas still has great crowd control potential and in the lower and mid tier ranks most enemies are definitely afraid to engage through Caustic Gas, and rightfully so. While fighting in the gas, Caustic still has a huge advantage over his enemies, even if it's not that much as it was pre nerf. I'm not at all saying the nerf didn't hit him hard, because it really did and should be revisited, however he's still good.
Revenant
My favourite Legend and main is finally seeing more play thanks to the love Respawn has been showing him. His Passive, while not the best, still has great use mid fight. Crouch strafing as Revenant is the best form of mid fight strafing by far and climbing into creative positions will catch people off guard. Once you get the hang of silencing enemies Revenant starts to become frustrating to play against. Octanes, Wraiths, Pathfinders and Horizons will lose their mobility, Gibraltars and Lifelines will lose their defensive utility, and Bloodhounds will lose their ability to scan your team. When these Legends are silenced they are easy targets and become incredibly vulnerable and less difficult to deal with. The ultimate is really strong with good placement. You can use it with your team for a double flank or use it selfishly mid fight to teleport back to the strategically placed totem and catch your opponent off guard!
Gibraltar
I think the nerfs he received this patch are enough to bring him down to the A Tier from the S Tier. Gibraltar's dome no longer gives fast heals to those inside it and damage now bleeds through his arm shield to Gibby himself.
Gibraltar is now noticeably weaker at what he once did so well and the best: tanking damage for his team and protecting them. He is still good at this however and the nerfs just mean you need to be more careful with how you use his arm shield.
