If anything it would improve competition. Although I suggest you get a PC and use a controller, that's what most pros do at the moment. For example, Knocked and TSM_Snipedown. These sassy PC players (not all, but still significant numbers!) don't get that Aim Assist is a balance for ridiculous movement possibilities that controller players can get to.
