Let's address L-star

Fix it. It's i believe the most useless weapon which you can get from a care package, i bet you already have statistics about players refusing to loot it, or simply usage rate compared to others. Eve...

@Throhjen I think the corn is that it feels like an SMG instead of a LMG. It doesn't seem to be an energy weapon but rather Halo's Plasma Repeater from Halo Reach.
