Lifeline is already pretty OP, with fast heals, a revive shield, and a care package. Sure, the care package could use something like ammo, but mostly everything else you said would be gamebreaking. They honestly need to buff characters like Bloodhound and Mirage.

Yeah, her fast use healing passive is probably the best in the game.
I think the revive shield should last about three seconds longer after the revive though. As it is, it just gives enemies time to line up for the double knock.

Allow her to toggle shield before reviving (and only before) so that Lifelines have the option of not having a bright shield that is very loud and clips through walls while notifiying enemies of where the lifelines are.
Allow Lifelines to attach the drone to a single legend so that the legend can stay mobile while healing and is not stuck standing around a drone that drowns out footsteps, tells enemies that you are healing, and is a grenade, arcstar, and sniper magnet. The option of group heal would still be available, but once attached the drone would only heal that specific legend and would disappear upon full health or after taking damage (this way it doesn't act as an extra health bar).
For the love of god, please make her ult something more than a come kill me beacon for other players. Instead of it being rng garbage, have its focus be on rekitting downed players. Respawning is the only time I personally call the package, but it would be great if I could actually expect it to help my respawned teammate, instead of being a yolo "we're gonna get pushed anyway so why not" type of move.
These buffs are not op, but would mitigate some frustration and maybe bring a little more utility to her kit.- @NNeil6991 I like the toggle shield and drone attach ideas.
I still think the revive shield should last for three seconds after the revive is complete.
