Lifeline Needs a New Ultimate Ability, or another big buff to it

Lifeline's Care Package is a good ability, don't get me wrong, but there are a few big issues with it that really hold it back.

Firstly, the Care Package can be seen landing from a mile away. It's noisy and gives away your position which can attract third-parties and other squads.

Secondly, the loot content is not the best. The care package loses a ton of value late game where everyone will have good armour, and the ability's long cooldown doesn't help. And then again, you're just rolling a dice every time you call it in, hoping you get a body shield and not a helmet or knockdown shield. Most of the time it brings weapon attachments that you don't need like a digital threat sniper scope, which, let's be honest, is rarely used, even if you have a sniper.

Lastly, this ability is just outclassed by Loba's ultimate ability. Although you're not always guaranteed shields, purple gear or good weapon attachments, at least you get to choose what loot you want and this ultimate is good at all stages of the game.

I'd like to suggest three potential balance changes to Lifeline that could fix this:

1. Give Lifeline a new, more powerful Ultimate Ability

Maybe the ability to revive from a distance, a healing pulse, a health kit spawner, heck even a Replicator. Something that would be much better but not too powerful since the rest of her abilities are already really strong.

2. Rework the Care Package slightly so it's like an actual Care Package which spawns in the mid-to-late game

So it can contain either a Legendary tier piece of gear or a Care Package weapon, a Phoenix Kit, a fully-kitted weapon etc. This may seem really strong especially if the Lifeline can get a Charge Tower or multiple Ultimate Accelerants early game, but I do believe it will up her viability as a support Legend. Of course if playtesting shows that the change will be extremely overpowered an unbalanced then I guess that's that.

3. Rework the Care Package slightly so it spawns items that each squadmate needs

So each squadmate gets their own loot table, and it contains something that the specific squadmate needs, so if their gun needs a barrel attachment or a better one, it has the chance to spawn a barrel attachment. Or if they have say less than 4 shield cells it comes with a stack of shield cells etc. To balance this reduce the cooldown if the Care Package moderately to maybe 200 seconds.
