@LordloshBang I'm not sure if this makes it harder for some players but this is the only game where they show me the exact landing spot of any grenade I throw. It doesn't seem hard to angle one behind a lifeline shield. It's also much easier to just time your grenade to explode the second the revive finishes. No need to aim it that well and no chance for the player to escape.
As for fighting 1v2 / 1v3 or the increased difficulty of gaining a kill well... I don't know if its right to disagree with you here. I'm a defensive minded player so I focus on preventing a kill more than finishing one. This obviously means that I'm a fan of the drone revive but it doesn't make my stance or play style correct.
heme725, i don`t agree about the grenades. Yes you have indicator, but you still need to aim it to land them on point, and its still not easy. Frag is probably the hardest to hit.
For sure its not easy to time the grenade to bypass the shield and to land straight on the reviving player. You got to understand that you won`t have all the time in the world to do this. And his teammates will attack you as well.
And again you probably need to heal in that time, because you was fighting. Whole auto-revive thing is a complete lazy work from the DEV, same with Revenant Totem.
And most of the time you actually use your grenade to engage, and not to finish the fight, so there is big chance that you won`t have grenade at all to throw.
And no ability should make you wear a certain type of items, aka grenade in this case.
Again the main problem is, they are taking the rightful advantage you gain by downing a player, and they are taking the kills out of you, if he is auto-revive, even if someone else down it. You will leave with empty hands.
I said it many times, 2 things you should not mess up with, and that is revive and death. No ability should interfere with this 2, because its hurt the gameplay.
This is not rant against Lifeline. But this rework was lazy, bad and this ability is stupid, require no skill at all to use it, and actually hurt the better player.

What they should have done is actually buff her tactical and the ultimate(they did it and its good), and not touch her passive. The shield when you revive someone was already too good.
And i actually thin Gibraltar should lose his fast revive in his dome as well. Its already a cover in order to get the revive, but nothing should give you edge in that.
As far as 1v2, 1v3, and 2v3 situation, yeah its totally kill the game.
I`m actually not happy with the direction Respawn is taking. Power creep of the ability should stay in check, yet they are starting to increase it, and this will hurt a lot of player base, that don`t want 1st person dota or LoL.
Ability should not interfere that much with the gameplay, after all this is a FPS.
