Lost fun of playing with randoms

Time to get off your high horse, when you play with matchmaking you will get a mixed bag and you just have to adjust.
For me personally, I don't like jumping early, not because I don't want to fight but because the server performance is crap and get rubberbanding almost every single time, it's not enjoyable even if you manage to get some kills.

Also I personally think that some people just prefer jumping there because they'll get easy unarmored kills if they find a weapon, if not the game is over and they can rinse and repeat.
The point is, you like one style of play, don't expect every single one of random players to feel the same way and there's a simple solution to your problem: squad up either through countless LFG or even this forum.
As for losing interest in a game after a few weeks, maybe it's not for you.

A lot of "I" in your post, I think that might actually be the problem.
