Make Bangalore's Q toggle, in line with grenade and ultimate UI

Please make Bangalore's Q toggleable, in line with the grenade and ultimate design. Holding Q to aim is very awkward if you want to keep moving with WASD. I understand the current philosophy is that you want to be able to deploy smoke quickly around yourself, but being able to toggle and aim Q properly is much more consistent with the game's UI overall.
