Make POI dropszone past Plat

Make POI dropzone past Plat or else maximum of us won't get to experience it.

• I am a solo queue player in ap southeast 1 server and have 4k+ hours in apex.
• I struggle in plat ranks and spend most of my ranked hours on this rank.
• The inting problem mostly prevails in silver/gold/plat lobbies so it would a big deal for me as a solo queue player if the POI dropzone was from Plat ranks.

Some of the ways drop zones help solo players are :

• The team has a formation from the beginning. This reduces the chance of one of my teammates being in Narnia.
• The frustration of dropping team goes away as 1 sole person is not responsible for dropping.
• You don't have to run past 8 squads to revive your teammates.
• It brings a mental order to the chaos of how the rotations are supposed to go.
