Make Revenant more like in his trailer

So I have been playing Revenant a lot lately and have come to notice, that he now feels like he is just there to silence people.

Since I really loved the trailer and how he was presented I thought of some changes that I think would reflect the play style shown in the trailer more.

Passive:

- add that possibility to charge up a higher jump (*1)

Tactical:

- reduce the silence duration from 20  down to 10 sec per charge

-  increaset the damage to 15 per charge

Ultimate:

- remove the health cap (*2)

- users gain a speed boost while in shadow mode (*3)

- users gain Revenant's passive while in shadow mode (*4)

- remove / reduce the blind when killed in shadow mode (*5)

- (optional) Revenant gains greatly increased climbing speed while in shadow mode

*1: In combination with his climb allows him to more easily clumb tall buildings (as shown in the trailer).

*2: The reason I want to remove this is since you are engaging the enemy while they have up to 125% more HP than you, it is more likely for them to kill you before you kill them and the last thing you want to do after you chunked the enemy is having to heal up, giving them time to heal up as well and thus technically getting no value out of that ult.

*3 / *4: These changes are to increase the usability of the Totem and really encouraging your team to use the totem and push as one. Again these changes are also supposed to make Revenant more like he is displayed in the Trailer. (And I think it would be way more fun to play as and with Revenant)

*5: This is more of a quality of life change since the blind feels quite kind and is quite annoying. (Perhaps it could be changed from a complete white screen to a flash similar to the one you get when leaving the ult circle.).

Please do leave feedback to these changes since I am not quite sure if this would make Revenant to powerful, although I think I did a quite decent job on balancing my Ideas.
