Make shield cells default
Make cells the default healing item at the beginning of the game. It used to make some sense to have syringes bound by default, but that argument is now null because all players begin with a grey shield.

- @jnub64 Its always better to armor swap in the early fights so in a way having helth first is better
@George_25_ch I think you're grasping at straws here.
- @jnub64 I just can't find how this would help. Specially to a game that has to focus on more serious matters for now.
@George_25_ch Whenever I drop into a match I always switch my heals over to shield cells. It's really annoying so I'd love to see cells changed to the default too.
