Mastiff
Rework this broken gun. Imagine being a horizon up on his q and still being beamed by a mastiff for 70 damage 10 meters away while up in my ability. Seems balanced yea??

@E9ine_AC All I hear and see in death feeds is the R99. I'm not saying the Mastiff is fine but I'm sick to death of the sound and spray fest of the 99 meta. Gave up on the game because of that gun and the lifeline res rubbish.
@BrainDeadWraiths The R-99 could possibly be back as a care package weapon, the prowler was in the gameplay trailer so I would assume it would be replaced by either the R-99 again or possibly a volt but im not sure... personally I just want mastiffs and devotions back into care packages, maybe even the hemlok seems how they don’t know how to properly balance these weapons they just do too much damage too fast
@FaIIenAngeI777The prowler was put into the care package for the exact same reason the mastiff is being complained about. Massive burst damage, and if you werent running it you lost every close range fight against it
