Matchmaking can't find players to play?

I am stuck at this in for public matchmaking: Despite the fact that steamcharts shows: What is going on...

This is happening constantly. Like seriously how long do I have to wait to be put in a game?

Screen:

Steam charts currently showing 104k players are playing!

Changing servers does not fix this issue!

And this is happening again... current steamcharts shows 110k players! So where are they?
