WHAT IS WRONG WITH MATCHMAKING THIS SEASON? why are there predators and diamonds in bronze and silver leagues? how does that make any sense ?

I wouldn't count on Respawn having actual talent to fix what they break. They're more of a "replace it with something worse rather than fix it" kind of developer.
In Season 4, Prediction Errors ruled the roost. They seemingly fixed that, but replaced it with jaw-dropping-ly HORRENDOUS netcode that's actually WORSE than Battlefield V!
So yeah... abandon all hope, ye who play this crap.
What I think strikes a lot of players is how manipulative and annoying they design the game, on top of that bugs. GG.
