Matchmaking suggestion

As of now, the devs have confirmed that they perform matchmaking with a 3 stack based on the highest MMR among the three. This, coupled with the fact that players 2 ranks apart are allowed to play together, leads to unbalanced lobbies. 

If I'm allowed to be in the lobby with a gold player as a diamond player, shouldn't it take into account each of our skill levels? I think it makes a lot more sense to just allow players that are only one rank away to play together in ranked, instead of the two it is now. 

I think this would have some effect in matchmaking and would would accurately place teams with a more balanced lobby.

This wouldn't be the end all fix but I do think it would help some.
