Matchmaking System is Broken

Ranked matchmaking is terrible, the worst its ever been.

1st game: No teammates

2nd game: Teammates threw the match, getting us all killed (both were bronze)

3rd game: Teammates were both silver, and were at least able to shoot, ended up winning

4th game: bot teammates (both were rookie)

5th game: a duo team that seems to not care about their 3rd (both were rookie)

6th game: more bot teammates (both were rookie)

I'm in Silver III, which in the current S13 system, I managed to reach Gold IV within the first half of the season. Why am I getting ROOKIE teammates in silver/gold matches? It makes ZERO sense. Half of them are litteral bots, or someone with zero game awareness or skill. One shot at me like I was an enemy when I took out a cargobot, and they watched me shoot it down out of the sky. That's how clueless they are.

Edited: I got 2 of the same teammates 4 times in a row, and both of these teammates are noobs in a rank match, so when we get into a fight, we all just instantly die, so seriously EA/Respawn please fix the matchmaking and don't pair the same players up over and over again unless they choose to be in the same party. Its very annoying losing points because matchmaking wants to kick me in the shin with random teammates.
