Mid an useless legends

I’m sorry but we need to stop nerfing legends and start buffing the complete useless ones like bloodhound Valkyrie, catalyst and octane ther are so many characters in this game that need a rework at this point instead of focusing on making characters more useless and even most of the mid tier legends like pathfinder Loba Gibraltar vantage conduit  I could go on but u get the point are just super boring Y’all need to start working on spicing characters up instead of nerfing ones that are already super good into the dirt. To match the useless or boring characters. The best example of this is valkyrie horizon bloodhound, all of those characters were once good and or super fun to play and had good pick rates now look at them there bottom of the barrel and now you’re doing the same thing with ash she definitely needed a little nerf but at this point yall are taking away the whole point of her character the same way y’all did with the previous listed ones like please start focusing on reworking characters instead of nuking the ones yall buff into a good spot because I really don’t get the point of buffing a character into a good spot then taking everything that makes that character good away from them to put  another character into the same predicament that’s not how u balance a game

    I agree with the nerfs to her passive it’s the nerfs to the rest of her kit I don’t agree with they never should have touched anything besides the passive

    I agree with the point that some characters (like Ballistic) were nerfed too severely, resulting in abnormally low pick rates, and that the developers should be more proactive in buffing underutilized Legends.

    However, I believe that the subsequent nerfs to elements like Ash's  "Blink," Alter's low-risk revive, and Ballistic's overpowered Ultimate were all necessary for maintaining overall game balance.

    The root cause of the entire balancing issue can be traced back to the incorrect rework of Ash (specifically, the addition of her overpowered Blink skill). I was genuinely disappointed by the shift in her kit, as the pre-rework Ash was my second favorite character.

    Ultimately, the balance adjustments based on the assumption of a post-rework Ash caused inflation and further destabilized the game's balance.

    Balance adjustments should have been proactive with both buffs and nerfs, implemented in phases while monitoring the results.
