Community ManagerAn Xbox account would have to have been linked to an EA account to play Apex online. If you have an unlinked Xbox, you get prompted to link when you start the game up. It must have been linked before you tried to link it to its current EA account.
No, I have never played Apex on Xbox. I have always played on PC.
