1. Restore the upgrade path/interface for players who already own the base version of "Skippy" via the Loadout menu.
2. Provide a clear, official explanation and a concrete timeline of when this upgrade system will be accessible again.
winter_GD It sadly won't be restored as these types of items are event exclusives.
I now own a skin that is—quite literally—basic. Had I been warned, I would have been willing to pay for Etoxic to upgrade it, but there was no warning whatsoever. I paid money just to have a terrible experience.
