My account got banned
My account got banned for no reason and a new one got banned after 1 day.
I had a secondary account that I don't use that much, one day I decide to play again and no issue but the second time I get in it says the account got banned, I never got any notice via email about it nor the support team told me anything.
After that I created another account, played a game (for obvious reasons I got too many kills) and this account got banned on apex and fully banned on EA saying it could be a case of account selling.
How do I tell EA I just have a secondary account to mess around new settings or play with friends that play once a millenium?
I wrote the case for the new account and hope I can unban this new one and the one I never got any explanation.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.
