My account was blocked after it was hacked.
Dear forum administrator, my account has been banned after being stolen by hackers. I was so frustrated that I was able to get my account back using the email address I used when I created it, but I was banned after I found out that it had been hacked. This is my EAid: allenbcbcbc
On December 11, 2024 I clicked on a benefits website for apex Heroes and entered my EA account and password along with the verification code. A few days later I found out that my account email had been changed and my XBOX account had been unlinked by hackers. This is my XBOX account ID: *snip*, and on December 18th, 2024 my friend told me to create an email that would verify my account ownership and get my account back through an EA Game Advisor, so I got my account back through your Game Online Advisor, I discovered that my account had been hacked into steam and Switch, so I asked your game consultant to unlink it.
However, just a few days ago, I found that my account was hacked again, and it canceled the connection with my Xbox platform again, so I got my account back through your game consultant, but when I entered the game, I found that my account received a ban, please help me solve the problem of my account being blocked, which was not caused by me. The hacker blocked my account, and I have been playing this game for many years, I have not used any cheating software or broken anyone's game balance, I have not violated any game agreement, and your game consultant helped me to get my account login information, my account has a lot of abnormal login IP address, it is not my country and region. That's the country where hackers hacked my account to play. So please remove the ban from my account and help me re-protect my account. Thank you very much!
