    Seeing as the title says this is about an in-game ban, you would have to contact the EA TOS Team, (which can be found here), as any ban-related issue cannot be handled on the forums. Any banned account can only be looked into by the EA TOS Team.

    All information about the ban should be in an email that was sent out to you. (You may need to check your spam folder to find the email). Alternatively, you can check your ban history here, (but some bans may not appear here).

    For more information about account locks, bans, and suspensions, (and where you can contact the EA TOS Team), click here, (this should be in your language, if not, (and you need it in English), click here)
