my issue with caustic nerfs

@Swarth2300 I have hardly played Caustic at all this season cause I really don't like the maps for him and he is my 2nd most played character. I can't see myself using him much anymore with these nerfs. They were way too hard. I liked everything except the nerfs too Caustic I mean totally ridiculous. A whole minute for his ult and just 5 a tick are you kidding me? If you're going make it straight damage then up the damage a little atleast.
