Can someone please explain to me how I've spent thousands of dollars on this game, played it since day 1, and opened probably close to 50 thousand packs, I still havent recieved a single **bleep** mythic shards?!?!?!?

I keep a manual count in a note on my phone, currently at 265 opened appropiate packs.
