Need help PLEASE (don't know where else to get it)

Hey guys, this might be a bit out of place but I've got an issue here. I attempted to play Apex with some friends for the first time in over 5 years. According to steam, February 2021. However I am BANNED. So I reach out to EA to appeal the ban and it's for "gameplay enhancement" in October of 2023. I have 0 playtime around then that I can remember. I do not believe it was a software on my computer in the background, as I'm not banned from any other games. Not in a braggadocios way, but I do not cheat in video games. However I see while inside eas support that I have 2 other bans for FIFA 21 and football manager (I DONT OWN EITHER GAME). I appealed my apex ban, because I want to play the game after 5 years, and ea resposnds with "no we're not lifting it" and no futher explanation of what I did. If anyone can help that would be amazing, I'd love to stop watching the boys duo queue and actually play.

    Hi Austin31103​,

    Sorry to hear you came back after such a long break and found the account banned.

    The fact that you’re also seeing account actions for games you don’t recognize is worth noting, as it may indicate that someone else had access to the account at some point.

    Since you’ve already submitted an Apex appeal, I’d recommend including that information in the appeal if you haven’t already, especially the unfamiliar FIFA 21 and Football Manager activity.
