Nerf havoc and devotion's damage those guns shred to much and you can't counter then with any other gun!!! R-99 runs out of ammo to quick now and slap a turbo charger on a havoc and that's it you don't need to use any other gun it's really starting to annoy me...
R-99 can beat both a turbo Havoc and Devo. Honestly, there no need to change them. I rather see more weapons get added and a balance up on G7/PK with charge rifle in care package and L-Star a normal energy weapon
Energy weapons are fine.
@DarthVaapar I don't trust the community since they typically want to nerf anything that kills them or works differently from what they prefer but I do want to hear more about the havoc and devotion. It seems the delay before energy weapons fire might have been shortened. The turbo charger also seems to completely eliminate the charge up time instead of shorten it like before. The havoc and devotion seems a lot more reliable to me now but opponents also feel like they're taking a few more shots than normal.
I don't pay attention to weapon stats so would love it if anyone with a similar experience or more knowledge about the guns would speak up.
Eh... Don't think I agree. Though with the mag extensions removed, they did get massively buffed as a drop weapon, since it essentially comes with a blue mag extension by default.
HOWEVER, the removal of ext. energy mags also nerfed energy weapons in the mid/late game, since they no longer get the reload speed bonus that extended mags give. Assuming it was the same as heavy/light extended mags, blue mags reduced reload times by 8%, and purple mags by 13%.
I still think these guns need nerfed. I've went against a lot of R99's and nothing has melted me faster than a Havoc/Devotion. The damage needs nerfed a bit
@ChaoticTrinityHavoc and Devotion is currently best state of using and well balanced. Longbow, PK, G7 and now talk about nerfing Havoc and Devotion. What is next "Wingman"?
