I have used it both with and without the new hop-up and it's still a semi good gun. I would pick it up over the PK but that's only because I'm too lazy to aim.
Overall the gun is just ok to use but it's nothing that instill fear in me when the enemy is using it unlike the Charge Rifle or an R-99. - @SpyrosFPS Lolz I don’t get mention notifications, usually I just stumble on such threads XD.
But to answer your mention: I have no words for this... Eva-8 out of all weapons... only Mozambique left and ppl have called for nerfs on all shotguns XD Was gunna create a new thread about it, but found this one: I don't know why but the EVA8 feels stronger than it was last season. People can delete you almost instantly with it now. Its like how the Mastiff was but wtih better reload now. People should not be able to 4-5 tap Purple / Red armor in a second.
@Midnight9746 I don't know what level of skill the lobbies are you're playing in so I'll just put this out there for as a general tip for anybody else reading.
The eva-8 literally has a figure of 8 spread, short unpredictable strafe negate high damage hits extremely well...unless of course you're fighting somebody with considerable skill. Then there's the obvious matter of not getting too close where possible.

unless you play vs aimassist! @Srksii aim assist doesn't track in real time, it's slightly slower, so it does still work. Speaking as a console player I can attest to this lol.
Nobody would ever miss shots on console otherwise right? 😉
- @MandatoryIDtag On console maybe, but PC aimassist is awful. Any battle vs controller I tried to do with strafing I lost in pain.
@Srksii hmmm strange, I was under the impression console aim assist was in fact stronger than pc, which if anything would make your point hold stronger on console than it would pc.
I guess you just feel the difference more since you're on kbm. *shrugs*
