Nerf hemlok, it should be nerfed but it isnt

Please guys, nerf hemlok, everyone are using this gun. I'm tired that you guys the concept "NERF" is reducing 1 dmg, its suppose to reduce 3-5 dmg or more, thats what is call NERF.

And every match whatever it is, ranked, wildcard. pubs is HEMLOK HEMLOK HEMLOK HEMLOK HEMLOK HEMLOK.

AND GUESS WHAT? HEMLOK AGAIN.
