Nerf Rampage

The Rampage is easily the best gun in the game if charged with thermites and it's still overpowered without them. Even after countless amounts of nerfs it's done nothing. The rampage either needs to be taken out of the game or nerfed heavily. It's stupid how a new player can pick up the rampage and win games or get generally harder to earn badges (20 kills, 4k damage) with ease. Another solution could be to put the gun in the care package, it wouldn't need any buffs or nerfs to make it worthy of being a care package weapon.
