NERF THE VOLT AND DEVOTION

@RitzyFitzy96Devotion just needs to be put back into care packages, the volt is fine imo I was a go-to volt kinda guy but lately Ive been choosing the R-99 over the volt because volt maybe good at mid range but the R-99 is insane both times I’ve gotten 2k badges were with a R-99 but one of those I ran double R-99 as a joke and its overpowered as hell lol

The game is no where near as balanced as it was in the past, there are major flaws in the game (Hit Box Registration) and some actually noticeable gun TTK differences. In the end the, in my opinion, the winner of a game is about who has a Mastiff and who doesn't. If you're going up against another team, who all have Mastiff, there's 90% chance you're gonna lose to that squad, solely because they had Mastiffs.

I don't find the Devotion to be that huge of a problem, never really experienced it, I agree the Hemlok needs a bit of a nerf, same with the Mastiff. The Mastiff needs to have its damage dropped a lot more, or they need to increase it's damage drop off rate. While the Hemlok either needs its fire rate reduced, or its damage reduced.

@Hyuugajay0515 Devo doesn't need another nerf and is fine as is now.

I agree with @E9ine_AC the Volt reload time could be increased slightly but the Mastiff should go back to CP with PK being the standard go to shotgun and Hemlok just needs a reduction to the headshot multiplier with increased recoil and/or fire rate reduced just a tiny bit.
