Nerf Wingman plz!

@V0LIVA Wingman is a crutch weapon that almost every player uses as a sniper rifle due to high dmg output, almost no bullet drop, one can stack a bunch of heavy ammo, recoil is ridiculously low for a "revolver" type weapon.
To fix it remove hop-up, reduce damage, increase recoil and bullet drop.
