Wraith isn't broken, she's just extremely valuable to team compositions because of how strong her repositioning is.
For me at least, Wraith isn't a challenge to hit or kill, and now that her phase walk is no longer an instant get out of jail free card, she isn't as strong as she once was.
In my opinion she doesn't really need a nerf or it may kill her (and Wraith is to Apex what Tracer is to Overwatch). She will be the most useful character until someone can beat her repositioning capability.
@CompleatBeet The only thing that could really kill wraith is a complete rework. She is the safe repositioning character, and that will always be op.
