I know it only does around 25 because when I am hit it takes only 1 chunk of shield, and every time mine deals damage it's around 25.
So 48 in one hit?
I'm unsure of the damage buff of snipers mark, but I do know it more than doubles for the rifle itself. I know it boosts other damage as well but I forget by what. Could be different for every weapon and giving Nessies near double damage.
I should record it at some point...
no snipers mark,
but it got even worse , crap is rigged.
it plays right into the theme that every mastiff shot on me is always a minimum of 60 dmg, but when i shoot the relic mastiff center mass it counts for 36dmg (others killed me with one of those shots 192dmg) ...
i leave it to you what you make out of that info.
I really should record a video and make a compilation out of the weird stuff that happens to me since S20 start.

I used nessie yesterday and they are more accurate than I thought, over 75% hits.
Nessie shot a lifeline in the butt and dealt 24 damage to her shields. - Zulkiers1 year agoSeasoned Ace

Hey everyone,
Thanks for all the feedback! We've made some changes to pull back on that Nessie power just a bit, and while I know this isn't the full removal some were hoping to see, let us know how the adjustment feels!

It's not the count that bothered me, my buddy an I just owned an Octane who was using Nessies and his partner, and we didn't have nessies. I had void and enemy Caustic had Void. I don't think my Watson had a kit. Purple&Red vs Purple&Red. Void&Null vs Void&Nessies. Null (my team) won.
The biggest problem people are having is that a nessie will beeline to enemies across the map and hiding behind walls. They don't lose the enemy. That's their problem. Even though you reduced the count, I still feel like people will still cry bloody murder about being found by nessies.
It's the rangefinding that needs work. - Zulkiers1 year agoSeasoned Ace
@ZulkiersIn about 40 minutes, my 7:35 duration clip will finish uploading. Here's the preliminary url.

Right, while this isn't currently adjusting the actual behavior, hopefully the lower frequency at least gives people more windows to deal with them or prep for a push without the constant barrage.
As far as I'm aware that should be live now, but let me know if you're seeing otherwise and we can pass that along as well. - Zulkiers1 year agoSeasoned AceMy brother had a thought, what if it's just Respawn Devs controlling the nessies to go out off yonder and hunt people?
Because normally it's only one of the nessies that takes the fight 100m+ away from its user. The other just kind of... sits. Or goes unnoticed. - Zulkiers1 year agoSeasoned AceThat would be funny.
