- @hhnbbfggty66 You must be tripping. The Charge Rifle is the strongest normal sniper in the game right now. I made a thread about the Charge Rifle already.
It will get nerfed and people in Rank will always have 1 or 2 people with the charge rifle on their team.
As for the OP, the hit scan is fine. The 301/flatline are hitscan with the Anvil. Those two are balanced but the tracking damage and the overall body shot or headshot damage is what is not balanced on the charge rifle.
Give it time the I'm sure the devs will fine a way to balance its power.
Remember, the havoc was overpowered when it was released and got balanced.- @hhnbbfggty66 You like broken weapons though. You like Disruptors which were broken on the altenator. Now you doing the same for Charge Rifle. I like the gun, but it broken.

takes Purple armor shields down in 1 hit, 2 more shots are u dead and with the rate of fire it has it become just stupid.
Agreed, this gun takes away a lot of fun. Especially when getting wacked by a team full of those rifles. You're instant gone. No chance. I just wait with playing till this nerf comes, did the exact same thing when the disruptor rounds were to OP. It just doesn't improve gameplay.

Pretty terrible argument. They might kill faster under perfect conditions where you land every shot and get headshots. Too bad this isnt realistic. Both guns have slower projectiles and bulletdrop. Its much easier to hit people from long range with the Charge Rifle than it is with the Longbow.

Have any of you ever had it where everyone on your squad had a Charge Rifle aiming at one certain Legend at the same time? It's quite effective....but we do see some chatter here on how you all feel about it's current placement in game balance and we'll make sure the team is aware of it. 👍

The ease of use with the charge rifle allow the most average of players to get 300m knocks. Definitely op.
